柴油机喷油泵试验台性能测试系统开发

摘    要:为满足柴油机喷油泵试验研究的要求开发了喷油泵试验台性能测试系统。基于虚拟仪器系统结构进行了总体设计,硬件部分包括工业控制计算机、信号调理单元、高速数据采集卡,软件采用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW开发。系统采用光电编码器输出作为始点信号和扫描时钟,实现了多通道定角度采样、多周期连续数据采集和数据处理功能。现场试验表明系统工作可靠。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of diesel pump research and development, pump performance test system was developed. The system was designed based on virtual instrument architecture. Hardware consisted of IPC, signal conditional unit and high speed data acquisition card, software was developed with virtual instrument development workbench LabVIEW. Optic electric encoder output was taken as start position signal and scan clock. Function of multi channel angel based sampling, continuous multi cycle data acquisition and data processing were realized. Test in practice shows the system works well.
