微量Nb在低碳微合金钢中的作用机理

摘    要:分析了微合金元素Nb在低碳微合金钢中的作用,讨论了添加微量合金元素Nb对推迟再结晶发生、轧制过程中细化晶粒的过程,实验表明微量Nb即使在高温发生析出,低温时效时仍然有沉淀发生。

Abstract:The role of micro- alloy Nb in low- carbon micro -alloyed steel is analyzed, the process is discussed to delay the recrystallization and make grain finer by adding micro Nb. It is showed from experiment that there is still precipitation appeared under low temperature even micro Nb has extracted when temperature is high.
