微机测控系统中获取频率信号的实用方法

摘    要:在微机测控系统中往往需要将被测信号(传感器信号)转换为频率信号。获取频率信号的常用方法是使用集成电压/频率变换器(VFC),但集成VFC有一些明显的局限。讨论了在微机测控系统中获取频率信号的几种实用方法(不用集成VFC)及其特点,并给出了相关的测试结果。研究表明:恰当选用这些方法既能满足微机测控系统的应用需要,又能克服集成VFC的某些应用局限。

Abstract:It is very useful for measuring and controling systems with microcontrollers to convert sensor signals into frequency signals. The integrated voltage-to-frequency converters are commonly used for this purpose. The integrated voltage-to-frequency converters have some significant limtations of performance and cost. Several practical techniques for converting sensor signals into frequency sig-nal (without integrated voltage-to-frequency converters) and their main features are studied, and relevant test results are provided. The conclusions illustrated that the techniques can satisfy some particular needs of measuring and controling systems with microcon-trollers and overcome the shortcomings of integrated voltage-to-frequency converters.
