摘    要:介绍了SIMOXIDE镁合金无铬化学转化膜的形貌、化学组成及相结构,描述了其成膜过程及电化学特性,给出了生产工艺。SIMOXIDE无铬化学转化膜具有表面电阻低、漆膜附着力高、耐蚀性强的特点,其主要性能达到甚至超过传统铬酸盐转化膜的水平。

Abstract:The morphology, chemical composition and phase structure of SIMOXIDE chromium-free chemical conversion coating on Mg alloy were introduced. The formation process and electrochemical characteristics of the conversion coating were described. The production process was presented. The chemical conversion film possesses low electrical resistance, high adhesion to paint and excellent corrosion resistance. The major performances of the conversion coating reach and even exceed those of the traditional chromate conversion coating.
