间-异丙基甲苯液相空气氧化选择性控制的研究

摘    要:用间歇釜式反应装置考察了间-异丙基甲苯氧化过程中各种因素对氢化过氧化物和叔碳氢化过氧化物选择性的影响,优化了反应条件。结果表明,氧化温度以120℃至125℃为宜,弱碱性稳定剂中和反应生成的酸,同时促进氢化过氧化物自由基方式分解,在碱性条件下,叔碳氧化过氧化物比伯碳氢化过氧化物稳定。在供氧充足情况下,碱液的分散度是影响选择性的主要因素。试验还表明,氧化副产物中,异丙基苯甲醛和异丙基苯甲醇强烈抑制氧化反应。

Abstract:The influence of reaction conditions on selectivity in the process of M-cymene oxidation hasbeen investigated with stirred batch reactors.The reaction conditions were optimized. The experi-ment results show that the suitable reaction temperature ranges between 120一125℃。Basic aque-ous solution neutralizes the acid formed in the process and promotes radical decomposition of hy-droperoxide。 Under basic conditions,tertiary hydroperoxide is more stable than primary hydroper-oxide.The dispersity of the base is an important factor that Controls oxidation selectivity,if oxy-gen supply is sufficient.The oxidation by-products isopropylbenzyl alcohol and isopropylbenzylaldehyde are found to be strong inhibitors for the oxidation reaction.
