摘    要:简述了国内外苯乙烯精馏阻聚剂开发动态,讨论了新型苯乙烯精馏阻聚剂I-95的理化性能及其在苯乙烯体系中对苯乙烯的阻聚性能,以及该阻聚剂在Monsanto/Lummus苯乙烯工艺装置上应用的工艺方案,技术措施和经济效益及社会效益。I-95是一种阻聚效率高,毒性小,溶解度大,热稳定性优良的新型无硫苯乙烯精馏阻聚剂,通过对Monsanto/Lummus苯乙烯生产工艺装置进行适当的适应性改造,就可用I-95替代NSI。应用I-95可以降低生产成本,减轻环境污染,有利于操作人员的身体健康。

Abstract:This paper briefly summarizes the development of polymerization inhibitors in styrene rectification and introduces a new inhibitor I-95,including its physical and chemical properties as well as its performance in the rectification process of styrene. The technical scheme as well as economic and social effects of the inhibitor used in Monsanto/Lummus styrene process are also discussed.I-95 is a high-efficient,low-toxic,well-soluble and thermal stable sulfur free polymerization inhibitor for the rectification of styrene. By modifying the monsanto/Lummus styrene production process to improve its suitability,the I-95 inhibitor can be used to replace NSI inhibitor. The use of I-95 is a low cost and environment friendly option and therefore means good economic and social effects.
