直角坐标机器人控制系统的研制

摘    要:分析直角坐标机器人控制系统的主要组合方式,以专用控制器与示教器的组合方式作为研发方向。采用PAC自动化技术,研制出基于嵌入式操作系统加运动轴卡的控制器和触摸操作的示教器。使用eVC编程软件开发出1套通过拖拉命令图标的方式进行编程的示教软件,该软件可以编写任意命令个数和任意顺序的程序。并最终研制出1套具有自主知识产权的控制系统。图2参9

Abstract:Analysis of the main combination ways of the control system of Cartesian robot, the paper took the combination way of the special controller and teach pendant as the research goal. Adopting PAC automation techniques, researched touch operation teach pendant and controller based on embedded operating system and motion control card. Researching on the teach software of programming with drag the command icon mode through eVC programing software, which can program with any order and any number of command. Finally researched a set of control systems with proprietary intellectual property rights. [Ch,2 fig.9 ref.]
