摘    要:国投海南水泥有限公司2000t/d熟料生产线,在熟料煅烧过程中出现较多的飞砂料。这既影响熟料质量,又影响窑衬、三次风管等设备和设施的使用寿命。经研究分析,所用高品位石灰石的结晶完整,煤中S量高,及配料率值不合理,SM过高、IM过低等是飞砂料产生的原因。该公司采取了调整生料配料、加强原燃料质量控制和优化操作、缩短窑尾上升烟道等针对性技术措施,使飞砂料得到有效控制。

Abstract:Lots of powdery clinker appeared during the process of buring in 2 000 t/d clinker production line of SDIC Hainan Cement Co., Ltd. That would affect clinker quality and the service life of kiln liner, recoup duct,etc.. Based on research and analysis, the formation of powdery clinker is found, the cause including too integrated crystle of high grade limestone, high sulfur content in coal, unreasonable proportion moduli value, too high SM and too low IM, etc.. Aming at these causes, they take measures of adjusting raw meal proportion, strengthening raw material quality control,optimizing operation and shorting uptake flue of kiln back end. In this way, powdery clinker is controlled effectively.
