硝基苯在湍动流化床加氢制取苯胺

摘    要:初步研究了在内构件湍动流化床中硝基苯加氢制取苯胺特征,实验表明了在工业生产条件下,操作压降和氢气与硝基苯的比对硝基苯的转化率没有影响,而且已有的反应动力学完全满足工业设计。

Abstract:In this paper, experimental study on aniline obtained from nitrobenzene hydrogenation in a turbulent fluidized bed with inner bafflers. The results show that the pressure drop of the bed and the ratio of inlet molar of hydrogen to nitrobenzene, n, have no influence on the conversion ratio of nitrobenzene and the reaction is first order with respect to nitrobenzene when n >5.
