超声波电动机等效电路模型参数辨识

摘    要:基于超声波电动机振子的等效电路模型,从电动机振子导纳一频率特性实验数据出发,由导纳圆近似计算法得出超声波电动机建子等效电路参数值,然后根据非线性最小二乘原理构造优化函数,采用Levenberg—Marquardt优化算法辨识电机参数。辨识结果准确,为电机驱动控制系统仿真与高性能控制算法研究提供了良好基础。

Abstract:Based on the admittance-frequency property experiment of ultrasonic motor,the parameters value of the ultrasonic motor's equivalent circuit model by admittance circle method were calculated.Then further identification for the parameters had been carried out by adopting a nonlinear least squares optimization method(Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm).The identified result was accurate,which would provided a good foundation for the simulation of the control and driven system and the research of high-performance control algorithm of ultrasonic motor.
