混凝土面板堆石坝坝坡可靠度随坝高变化规律及其安全系数标准探讨

摘    要:针对混凝土面板堆石坝的坝坡稳定可靠度和安全系数标准问题,首先分析了坝坡稳定可靠度与安全系数之间的关系,然后通过理论分析和数值计算揭示了围压对堆石抗剪强度随机性的影响和面板堆石坝坝坡稳定可靠度随坝高变化的规律,最后根据等可靠度原则,探讨了200 m以上面板堆石坝的坝坡稳定安全系数标准问题。结果表明,由于堆石内摩擦角的随机性随坝高增大,即使保持安全系数不变,面板堆石坝的坝坡稳定可靠度也会随坝高增加而降低。对于坝高200 m以上的面板堆石坝,从等可靠度原则出发,针对不同筑坝材料按坝高分级设置安全系数标准较为合理。

Study on Variation of Slope Reliability with Dam Height and Safety Factor Criterion of Concrete Faced Rockfill Dam
Abstract:The reliability and safety factor criterion of slope stability for concrete faced rockfill dam were studied. Firstly, the relationship between slope reliability and safety factor was analyzed. Subsequently, the influence of confined pressure on stochastic property of shear strength for rock fills and the variation of slope reliability with dam height were investigated by theoretical analysis and numerical calculation. Finally, based on the equivalent reliability principle, the safety factor criteria for concrete faced rockfill dam which are higher than 200 meters were discussed. Because the variability in shear strength for rock fills increases with the dam height, although the safety factor is remaining unchanged, the slope reliability declines with the dam height. For concrete faced rockfill dams which are higher than 200 meters, different safety factor criteria should be given for different dam height levels and dam filling materials.
