基于直觉模糊层次分析法的电网运行状态综合评估

摘    要:科学合理地评估电网运行状态对于预防大停电事故具有重要意义。针对基于传统模糊集理论的评价方法的局限性,提出一种基于直觉模糊层次分析法的电力系统运行状态综合评估模型。该模型同时考虑了隶属度、非隶属度和犹豫度这3个方面的决策信息,针对属性间重要性构建了直觉判断矩阵,通过直觉模糊数运算算子确定指标权重,并在此基础上建立了动态调整犹豫度的变权重机制,提高了评价的辨识度。提出了用于运行状态评估的得分函数,对直觉模糊数表示的综合评价值进行打分排序。对某实际电网在不同负荷水平及不同运行方式下的运行状态进行评价,结果表明了文中方法的合理性、灵活性和实用性。

Abstract:In order to prevent cascading failures and large-scale blackouts, it is of great significance to monitor the operating state changes of power grids. In view of the limitations of the fuzzy set theory, an intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(IFAHP)based method for evaluating the operating states is proposed. Firstly, the hierarchy model for assessing operating states is developed. Then, the complementary judgment matrices using intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is built to calculate the weight coefficient taking into account both the degree of membership, nonmembership and indeterminacy. Thirdly, this paper introduces a dynamic adjustment strategy for the degree of indeterminacy, which improves the differentiation degree of evaluation. Finally, the score function of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is defined. Based on this function, a method for ranking evaluation indices is presented. Simulations are conducted in a certain power grid at different load levels and in different operation modes. Results show that the proposed model can effectively and flexibly identify the operation states of the power grid.
