金鸡口水电站最小下泄流量分析

摘    要:水利水电工程在发挥社会、经济效益的同时,也带来了一系列生态环境问题,关于生态环境需水量计算,我国目前尚无统一计算标准。对此,以江西省上饶市金鸡口水电站为例,基于7Q10法、Tennant法、最小连续30 d最小流量法、满足水功能区水质目标最小流量法等不同方法,对比确定了该水电站的最小下泄流量,分析了水电站运行后大坝下游最小下泄流量的满足度,并提出了保障金鸡口水电站最小下泄流量的具体工程及非工程措施。研究成果可为水电站下游河流生态系统健康保护提供参考依据。

Analysis of Minimum Ecological Flow of Jinjikou Hydropower Station
Abstract:Hydraulic and hydropower engineering, while creating social and economic benefit, has caused a series of ecology environment problems. There is no unified calculation standard about eco-environmental water requirements. Therefore, this study tried to determine the minimum discharge flow of Jinjikou hydropower station in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, and analyze the requirements of minimum discharge flow after running the station by applying a combination of 7Q10 method, Tennant method, least 30 d minimum flow method, and water area water quality target minimum flow method. Finally, the detailed constructral and non-constructral measurements were put forward to ensure the minimum discharge flow of Jinjikou hydropower station. The results could provide reference for river ecosystem health protection of the downstream of hydropower station.
