小型液压拉丝机铸铁油缸改焊接油缸的设计

摘    要:在小型磨辊液压拉丝机中,铸铁油缸由于铸造缺陷而造成的渗漏,往往在切削加工后期才被发现,造成很大浪费。为了克服其不足,可改用焊接油缸。为避免缸体直接焊于缸体而形成的深盲孔加工,采用了将缸体端部焊上法兰,缸底通过螺栓连接于法兰的方式。对于缸体与法兰的焊接,为了取得合理的接头型式,对焊接油缸几种常用的接头型式和焊缝型式的优点和不足进行了分析比较,最后确定采用角接接头、单边V型焊缝与异侧角焊缝混合的型式。通过力学分析,导出这种焊缝的尺寸计算方法和公式。并以50型拉丝机为例,进行了实际计算应用

Abstract:In order to overcome the drawback of seepage of cast oil cylinder,a design of replacing cast oil cylinder with weld oil cylinder used in the small scale hydraulic pull wire machine was finished.Yo avoid the deep pead hole processing formed by connection between cylinder and cylinder,the techniques of welding flanges on the cylinder end and connecting these flanges with bolts wewe adopted.Through comparison and analysis,the type of connection points of angle connection and the type of weld seam of V seam mixed with different flank angle weld seam were also determined in the paper.Finally,with the method of dynamics analysis the calaulation formula for the weld seam size was deduced and the formula was used in the design calculation of the 50 type small scale hydraulic pull wire machine as well.
