摘    要:研究了8090Al-Li合金的YAG激光焊,通过金相观察、显微硬度测定以及电子探针微区成分分析,结果表明:在一定的焊接工艺参数下,能得到优良的焊接接头。单面焊能焊厚度≤0.7mm,双面焊能焊厚度≤1.4mm,焊缝为细晶组织,焊缝窄,热影响区小,焊后应即时去应力处理。

Abstract:Welded joints of Al-Li alloy welded by YAG laser are investigated through metalloscopy, micro-hardness and electron probe micro-analysis. The results showed that a suitable welded joint can be obtained under proper welding parameters. The thoroughly penetrated thickness does not exceed 0. 7 mm for the single impulse welding and 1. 4 mm for the double impulse welding. The we1d is narrow and has a fine grain structure while the wideness of the heat affected zone is small. Moreover, a stress releasing treatment must be done as soon as possible after welding.
