离心泵的调节方式及其能耗分析

摘    要:通过离心泵与管路系统的特性曲线图可知 ,离心泵流量调节的方式有出口阀门调节 ,泵改变转速调节和泵的串、并联调节 ,用特性曲线图分析了出口阀门调节和泵变转速调节 2种方式的能耗损失 ,并进行了对比 ,指出离心泵用变速调节流量比用出口阀门调节流量可以更好地节约能耗。但在实际应用时应该注意变速调节的范围 ,才能更好地应用离心泵变速调节

Abstract:Knowing through the characteristic graph of centrifugal pump and pipeline,the way in which adjusts the flux of centrifugal pump is regulating flux of the exit valve,changing pump's rotate speed and series parallel connection of pump. With the characteristic graph, we analyses that the way of regulating flux of exit valve and changing pump rotate speed.Consumes large energy, through contrasting we know that regulating the flux of centrifugal pump with changing pump rotate speed can thrift energy consumption than regulating the exit valve. We should pay attention to the range when changing pump's rotate speed in practical applying. In this way, we can make good use of the second way to regulate the flux of centrifugal pump.
