| 摘 要： | 介绍了摇包预炼一电硅热法生产中低碳锰铁的生产原理和操作工艺,利用数据回归分析方法着重探讨了制约摇包脱硅的主要因素,结果表明：控制热装量、中渣含锰量、碱度及摇包转数是脱硅的关键。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced shaking ladle to prepare smelting that the production principle and operation technology of low carbon ferromanganese with electro-silicothermic process,utilizing the data regression analysis method to focuses on the major factor of restricting shaking ladle desiliconisation.The results show:it's key for desiliconisation to control the thermal load,Mn content in medium slag,basitity and revolutions of shaking ladle. |
