氰化尾渣中铅锌浮选影响因素及解决方案浅析

摘    要:桐柏银洞坡金矿氰化尾渣浮选一直存在着铅精矿铅品位及回收率低、锌无方法回收、氰化尾渣中铅锌浮选工艺难以实现等亟待解决的问题。为解决氰化尾渣铅锌回收并进一步优化浮选工艺,本次工作进行了矿物加工学及电化学方面的研究,查清了氰化尾渣中铅锌浮选的诸多影响因素,通过采用预处理和新型闪锌矿活化剂等一系列技术措施,解决了工艺中的难题,并完成了工业实验,实现了超细粒浮选的工业生产。工业试验指标为:铅锌品位分别为48 25%和47 32%,铅锌回收率分别为77 55%和80 64%。

SUPERFICIAL VIEWS ON THE FACTORS AFFECTING FLOTATION OF LEAD-ZINC MINERALS IN CYANIDE RESIDUE AND THE CONCERNED SOLUTIONS
Abstract:In Yindongpo Gold Mine,some problems necessary to be resolved in the flotation of cyanide residue existedThese problems are low lead concentrate grade and recovery,unable to recover zinc and difficult to bring the flotation of lead and zinc in cyanide residue into operationBased on studying the mineral processing and electrochemistry in flotation system,the factors affecting the flotation of lead zinc minerals in cyanide residue were found out so as to optimize flotation technology for recovery of lead and zincThrough a series of technological measures such as pretreatment and use of new activators for sphalerite,these difficult problems had been resolved,and industrial scale flotation of ultrafine lead zinc minerals realizedThe indexes resulted from commercial tests are the lead and zinc grades of 4825% and 4732%,recoveries of 7755% and 8064% respectively
