正戊烷浸出大豆油的工艺研究

摘    要:以大豆坯片和膨化大豆料的混合物为原料,正戊烷作为浸出溶剂浸提大豆油,通过响应面优化并确定了最佳的浸出条件:大豆坯片和膨化大豆料的比例3:1、料液比1:6、浸出温度30℃和浸出时间2.4h。在最佳浸出条件下,出油率为98.83%。,大豆粕的NsI值为82.51,质量较好一通过试验表明:用正戊烷浸出所得毛油和大豆粕的质量好,使用正戊烷浸提大豆油可以缓解正己烷对环境和人身健康的危害,更符合绿色环保溶剂的要求。

Extraction of Soybean Oil by N-pentane

Abstract:Taking mixture of rolled soybean into slices and extruded soybean as raw material, n-pentane as leaching solution of soybean oil, optimum leaching conditions were determined by response surface. Proportion rolled soybean into slices and extruded soybean materials was 3:1, solid-liquid was 1:6, extraction temperature was 30℃, and extraction time was 2.4h. Under optimum leaching conditions, oil yield was 98.83%. Soybean meal NSI was 82.51. Results showed that crude oil and soybean meal were good with n-pentane. It could alleviate n-hexane harm to environment and human health that soybean oil extraction using n-pentane, and meet the demand of green solvents.
