摘    要:针对核桃加工存在的问题和市场需求,本文介绍了核桃去青皮清洗加工技术,核桃破壳、壳仁分离技术及核桃射频杀虫技术,可完成核桃的大小分级、去青皮清洗、机械破壳、壳仁分离、核桃仁分级和贮藏前杀虫处理等作业,为核桃的精深加工提供了保障;介绍核桃的深加工技术及产品,丰富核桃产品市场,加强对核桃的综合利用开发,全面充分的利用核桃资源。

Abstract:In view of problems existing in walnut processing and market demand, wahnut peeling and cleaning, hull broken, kernel husk separation and radio frequency insecticidal technology were introduced. Processing operations, like walnut classifieation, peeling and cleaning, mechanical shell, kernel husk separation, walnut kernel classification and insecticidal betore storage, could be performed by production line. it had provided safeguard for deep processing of walnuts. Wahmt processing technology and product were introduced. Deep processing of walnut could be rich walnut produets markel, strengthen comprehensive utilization of walnut, and make, full use of walnut resource.
