气缸壁面温度测试及导热量的计算分析

摘    要:针对小型风冷式压缩机气缸换热进行试验研究.通过压缩机在工作转速为500~800 r/min的范围时,排气压力分别在0.4~0.7 MPa的工况下,实际测量小型风冷式压缩机气缸的内、外壁面温度,从而分析实际工况下,气缸与环境的换热的规律.探讨风冷式压缩机在不同的排气压力下适宜的工作转速,为风冷式压缩机节能降耗及优化设计、操作提供参考依据.

Abstract:This paper aimed at small type air-cooled compressor cylinder test research on heat exchange.According to the various working conditions,that the compressor works in the speed range of 500~800r/min and discharge pressure under 0.4~0.7MPa,we measure the inside and outside wall temperature of small type air-cooled compressor cylinder,and analyze the heat exchange characteristic between cylinder and environment under practical working conditions.Besides,we probe into the suitable working speed of air-cooled compressor in different discharge pressure.It provides references for energy conservation,consumption reducing,optimization design and operation of air-cooled compressor.
