摘    要:根据JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》技术规范要求,建立了谷物及制品中钙测定不确定度的数学模型,分析了不确定度的主要来源,对该方法所得结果的已识别来源的不确定度影响进行评价。结果表明:该测试方法的不确定度主要来源于重复性产生的不确定度,其他因素如称样量、标准溶液浓度和标准溶液滴定体积产生的不确定度相对比较小。用该法谷物及制品中钙含量是20.04mg/g,扩展不确定度为0.0530mg/g(95%,k=2)。

Abstract:According to demand of tee, hnical standard JJF 1059-1999 ‘Evaluation and Expression. of Uncertainty in Measurement' , mathematical model of measurement uncertainty on calcium residue in cereals and derived products was established. Main sources of uncertainty were analyzed and uncertainty effect results of identified source ubtained by this method was evaluated. Results showed that uncertainty of test method mainly came from uncertainty generated from repeatability, whereas uncertainty generated from other factors were small, such as sample weight, standard solution e, oncentration and titration w)lume of standard solution. Calcium content and expand uncertainty in cereals and derived products measured by this method were 20.04 mg/g and 0.0530 mg/g (95%, k=2), respectively.
