往复压缩机焊接活塞失效分析

摘    要:某压缩机焊接结构的活塞部件在服役过程中,其侧面环板脱落并撕裂.通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相组织检验以及超声波检测等手段对其进行失效分析.结果表明:失效环板为轧制状态是导致其性能呈现各向异性、内部应力不均从而造成撕裂破坏的原因之一.此外,环板过薄导致板材厚度方向抵抗层间撕裂的能力不足,在焊接过程中易产生翘曲变形,并使得最后焊接部位易出现未焊透现象,从而造成焊接部位强度不足导致环板脱落.

Abstract:A welding structure of piston compressor unit in the service process,the profile ring plate fall off and torn.ln this paper, failure analysis is carried out through chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, microstructure examination and ultrasonic detection methods.Results show that the failure ring plate for rolling state is responsible for its performance present anisotropic tearing damage caused by uneven,internal stress and thus one of the reasons.In addition, the excessive thickness of a ring plate results in insufficient ability of plate thickness direction interlayer tearing resistance, the buckling deformation is easy to occur in the welding process,and makes the final welding parts easy to appear lack of penetration phenomenon,resulting in an insufficient strength of welding position to cause ring plate fall off.
