摘    要:天然气热泵发动机汽缸工作排烟气的不连续性,使进入换热器流量呈现周期性变化,因此,将传统的稳态方法用于发动机烟气换热器的设计与模拟会产生较大的误差。为此,研究了天然气热泵余热回收换热器的运行特性及换热性能,分析了排烟换热器的烟气温度变化与压力损失,建立了具有动态分布参数的模拟计算数学模型并据此描述了换热器内部的流动与换热情况。针对此类余热回收换热的特点,提出了在不明显影响系统整体性能的前提下加强余热回收力度,充分发挥燃气机热泵余热回收的优点,提高系统的整体性能的思想。

Abstract:The flow entering the thermal exchanger appears cyclical variation since the engine of gas-heating pumps discharges the exhaust gasses discontinuously. So, using the traditional stable state method to design and simulate the thermal exchanger will produce big error. Therefore, the running features and the thermal-exchanging property of the thermal exchanger for residual heat recovering are investigated. The temperature variation and pressure loss of exhaust gasses is analyzed. The mathematical model with dynamic distribution parameters for simulating calculation is developed. And the exhaust gasses flowing and thermal exchanging status inside the exchanger is described. Aiming to the thermal exchanging features of the residual heat recovering, the idea is proposed to enhance residual heat recovering without obviously influencing the whole system property, give full play to the advantages of residual heat recovering from gas-heating pumps, and improve the general property of the system.
