| 摘 要： | 报告恶性肿瘤应用激光血管内照射（ＩＬＩＢ）配合放疗与单纯放疗的临床对比观察，两者肿瘤消退率分别为７３．２％和７０．９％（Ｐ＞０．０５）但前者放疗反应明显较轻未发现ＩＬＩＢ有促进肿瘤发展和转移的趋势及其他不良反应。

| Abstract: | From december 1993 to may 1994, 143 patients with malignant tumors were treated. Seventy patients were treated by cobined intravascular laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) andradiotherapy (Combined group) and 73 by radiotherapy alone (control group). At the end of radiotherapy,immediate regression rates of tumors in two group were 73. 2% and 70. 9% respectively (P>0. 05). Yet,rediation reactions were milder in the combined group than in the controlgroup (P<0. 05),ILIB does not increase incidence of hematogenous spread of tumors and otherside i reactions. |
