冷/热箱在外墙传热系数现场检测中的应用

摘    要:外墙传热系数检测是建筑节能工程验收的重要内容,目前规范上规定的热流计检测方法受到季节和现场条件的限制,本文提出了用冷、热箱辅助控温的方法来进行外墙传热系数检测,此方法不受季节限制,控温效果好,检测时间短,检测结果准确。经过实际检测论证,这种方法具有很好的适用性,值得在外墙传热系数现场检测中大力推广使用,特别适用于夏热冬冷地区。

Abstract:The detection of the heat transfer coefficient of outside wall is one of the important thctors for acceptance inspection of building energy efficiency.Because heat flow meter method now regulated by buildings codes is restricted by seasons and site conditions,a new method,cool box and hot box method was proposed which can help control temperature for detection of the heat transfer coefficient of outside wall.This method is not affected by seasons,and has a good effect for temperature control.At the same time it spends shorter time for detection,and also can get accurate result. Though the practice detection,this method has been proved that has good applicability,and is worth of popularization in on-site detection of the heat transfer coefficient of outside wall,especially for Hot-summer and Cold-winter Zone.
