添加稀土元素对M42高速钢盘条拉拔断丝率的研究

摘    要:研究了添加稀土元素对M42高速钢组织和性能的影响,结果表明在电渣重熔过程中加入稀土后M42高速钢电渣锭组织中莱氏体网断开,锻打方坯中的夹杂物颗粒细小,由棒条状变为球状;其盘条组织中的碳化物更细小、均匀,冷拉塑性提高,拉拔断丝率由原来的23.8m/次变为38.5m/次。

Abstract:The effect to add rare earth elements in M42 high-speed steel on its structure and property is researched. It is showed that with rare earth elements added in electroslag remelting of M42 high-speed steel, the ledeburite grid is broken, the size of inclusion particle in forged square billet has become smaller and its shape changed from like a bar to a ball, the carbide in structure of wire bar finer and more well-distributed, its cold-drawing plasticity improved, drawing broken rate changed from 23.8 m per time to 38.5 m.
