摘    要:采用有限元数值模拟与试验研究相结合的方式,就杯形薄壁梯形内齿轮旋压过程中毛坯壁厚选择和壁厚偏差控制对成形质量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,毛坯壁厚较小时,过大的材料减薄率将会导致轮齿成形缺乏足够的充填材料,从而出现轮齿成形高度下降,甚至工件外侧内凹等问题;毛坯壁厚的壁厚偏差同样会影响轮齿成形,壁厚偏差控制在2.5%以内有利于内齿轮成形。

Abstract:The influence of performed blank thickness and deviation on the forming quality of the spun parts during cup-shaped thin-walled trapezoidal inner gear spinning were discussed based on numerical simulation and experimental investigation.It shows that when the performed blank thickness is undersize,the excess reduction ratio results in a decrease of tooth height and indentation on the outside of workpiece,due to lack of sufficient filling material.The uniformity of performed blank thickness can also influence...
