铁山垅钨矿白钨与锡石分离工艺改进及生产实践

摘    要:介绍了铁山垅钨矿钨锡分离工艺流程及其改进情况。对原分离工艺产出的精矿质量不高 ,金属互含大 ,回收率低 ,与处理含钨锡品位较低的原料不相适应的状况进行工艺流程改进,使用有机抑制剂 ,取得了白钨精矿品位达68.3% ,回收率90.39% ,锡精矿品位达61.4% ,回收率96.87%的理想指标 ,并获得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The paper present the process of W-Sn separation technology and its improvements in Tieshanlong tungsten mine. Many problems exist in the old separation technology such as: low quality concentrate, low recovery ratio and mutual admittance of metals etc, the old technology is inadaptable in processing low grade scheelite and SnO2 minerals. So the improvement of separation technology is necessary ,organic inhibitors are applied in new technology resulting in grade of scheelite concentrate increase to 68.30%, recovery ratio to 90.39%; grade of SnO2 concentrate increase to 61.40%, recovery ratio to 96.87% and a good economic profits is got from this new technology.
