配电SCADA系统与配电GIS一体化的设计和应用

摘    要:通常配电地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)和配电数据采集与监视控制(supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)系统是2套独立的系统,为实现数据统一,对配电SCADA系统和配电GIS进行一体化设计。配电GIS提供基于IEC61968/61970公共信息模型(common information model,CIM)的电网模型、设备参数以及超级视频图形(super video graphics,SVG)格式的图形信息,配电SCADA系统为配电GIS提供基于IEC61968/61970通用接口定义(generic interface definition,GID)的实时运行数据。1年多的现场运行实践表明,采用一体化设计,减少了维护工作量,并充分发挥了系统各自的功能。

Abstract:The distribution GIS(geographhic information system) and distribution SCADA(supervisory control and data acquisition) are commonly two seperated systems,the integration design of which is for the sake of data unification.The distribution GIS provides power system model,equipment parameter and graphic information of super video graphics(SVG) format,which are based upon IEC 61968/61970 common information model(CIM);The distributed SCADA provides distributed GIS with real-time operational data,which are based on IEC 61968/61970 generic interface definition(GID).The over-one-year field operation practice demonstrates that the adoption of integration design reduces maintenance workload and fully exerts respective functionalities of each system.
