摘    要:基于对风电机组出力随机特性的深入分析及其可能被高估和低估的概率计算,对风电接入将导致系统维持稳定运行的成本增加风险加以考虑,构建了含风电机组的电力系统环境经济调度静态随机优化模型,以尽可能实现系统总污染排放量最少化和运行成本最低化的综合优化目标。设计了基于非劣排序微分进化的多目标优化算法对模型进行求解,并应用模糊集理论和熵权法建立了综合最优解的提取方法。最后以一个含大规模风电场的电力系统为例进行环境经济调度仿真,验证了所提方法的有效性,并进一步从节能减排的角度分析了风电接入对电力系统优化调度产生的影响。

Abstract:Based on the in-depth analysis of the stochastic power output of wind farm and its possibly overestimated or underestimated probability calculation,and with the consideration of the possible cost increase for maintaining the power system stability induced by its connection to grid,an economic-environmental dispatch stochastic optimization model of power system connected with large scale wind farms is formulated,which minimizes both the total emission and the operational cost.A multi-objective optimization algorithm based on the non-dominated sorting differential evolution is proposed to solve the model,and the entropy weight and the fuzzy set theory are employed to extract the comprehensive optimal solution.The simulative results for a power system with large scale wind farms demonstrate its effectiveness.The impact of wind power on the optimal dispatch of power system is analyzed from the point of energy saving and emission reduction.
