低碳高效安全可靠的智能电网

摘    要:21世纪电力供应将面临越来越多的挑战,未来电力技术急需进一步的发展。由于环境压力、能源短缺,人类社会向低碳经济发展,欧美提出了智能电网的方案。本文通过讨论智能电网的产生背景、概念及其物理构成,指出低碳高效安全可靠的智能电网是解决当前电网面临挑战的一个有效方法,智能电网的发展将满足未来供电的竞争性、可持续发展性、安全性等方面的要求,最后总结提出了智能电网的发展应上升为国家能源战略。

Smart Grid of Low-Carbon,High Efficiency,Security and Reliability
Abstract:Power supply has been faced with many challenges in the 21st century, accordingly the future development of power technologies is urgently needed. As a result of environmental pressures and energy shortage, human society need to be powered by low-carbon economy and low-carbon energy, thus the Smart Grid solution has been brought forward in USA and Europe. Furthermore, the conception and the physical infrastructure of Smart Grid are elaborated in the paper. A series of analyses demonstrates that Smart Grid characterized with low carbon, high efficiency, security and reliability will be an effective path to tackle those challenges. And the development of Smart Grid will meet the requirements of the future power supply in terms of competitive, sustainability and security. Finally it reaches a conclusion that the development of Smart Grid should be viewed as a national energy strategy.
