疏水型水膨体的合成与性能

摘    要:水膨体是近年来国内外广泛研究应用的一种调剖剂。随着中国陆上油田相继进入注水开发中后期,水膨体的需求量越来越大,对其性能的要求也越来越高,室内以淀粉,丙烯酰胺和一种疏水性单体为原料,过硫酸钾-硫酸亚铁为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了疏水型水膨体。通过和聚丙烯酸钾水膨体的膨胀倍数,膨胀速率和凝胶强度对比分析可知,疏水型水膨体的凝胶强度大于常规水膨体,膨胀时间长,抗盐性好,研究了单体组成,单体浓度,引发剂用量,交联剂用量,反应温度等因素对产物性能的影响。确定了合适的淀粉,丙烯酰胺和疏水性单体的比例为40:40:20。水膨体的吸水膨胀动力学进行了描述。

Abstract:Water-swelling polymer is a widely used water shut-off agent, and with waterflood development entering into the late period in many onland oilfields in China, its demands are increasingly growing, and the requirements on its performances are higher. A new hydrophobic water-swelling polymer is synthesized in the laboratory condition, using starch, acryl amide and a hydrophobic monomer as crude materials and potassium persulfate and ferrous sulfate as initiators, by means of aqueous solution polymerization. It is compared with the conventional water-swelling polymer potassium polyacrylatic on the swelling volume, swelling velocity and gelling strength, and the results show that the. hydrophobic water-swelling polymer has stronger gelling strength, longer swelling time and better salt resistance. Such factors as the composition and concentration of the monomer, volume of initiator and cross-linker, and temperature on the performances of the product are investigated. The suitable ratio between starch, acryl amide and hydrophobic monomer is determined as 40/40/ 20, and the swelling kinetics of the product is also described.
