摘    要:根据反向工程中数据获取的特点,提出了一种拼合从不同角度获得的物体表面数据点云的方法。该方法的基本思想是在物体表面附着若干个特殊参考点,然后识别和比较不同角度获得的图像中的参考点,找出具有相同拓扑特征的部分,最后通过这些共有参考点的匹配,达到拼合数据点云的目的。实践表明,这种方法简便易行,精度高。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of reverse engineering, a new method to merge data point cloud of the object surface obtained from different angles. This method firstly sticks some special reference points on the object surface, then recognizes and compares these reference points in images obtained from dirrerent angles to find out those points, which have the same topology characteristic. Finally it uses these common points to match and splice data point cloud. Experiments proved that this method is convenient and can get pretty high accuracy, therefore it is a very advance technique.
