甲壳素/纤维素共混短纤维的研制

摘    要:为了探讨不同共混比的纤维素黄原酸酯、甲壳素黄原酸酯共混溶液所制得短纤维的形态结构和物理性能 ,选择了甲壳素质量分数分别为 0 .92 %、3 .5 4 %、6 . 4 6 %和 8. 6 2 %的短纤进行研究。结果表明 :随着甲壳素含量的增加 ,沟槽量变少 ,且纤维表面变得粗糙。在试验范围内 ,与纯粘胶纤维相比 ,共混短纤维的湿干强度稍有下降。随着共混短纤维中甲壳素含量的增加 ,纤维密度随之减小 ;纤维回潮率随之呈现下降趋势 ,但降幅不大 ,当甲壳素质量分数为 3 85 %时达到最低值 ,可及度同样随甲壳素含量的增加而有所下降。

Abstract:In order to discuss the structural and physical properties of staples from the blend solution of cellulose xanthate with chitin xanthate,blend staples with 0.92%,3\^54%,6\^46% and 8\^62% chitin content were prepared.The results show there are gloves on the surface of viscose staple and the blend staples,the number of which decreases with increasing chitin content in the staple.The staple surface is becoming coarse with increasing chitin content.The dry and wet intensity of blend staple is lower than those of viscose staple,but the decreasing extent is not high,so does density.The moisture regain shows a minimum at 3\^85% chitin content,so does accessibility of the blend staples.
