二氧化碳在Shell粉煤气化工艺中的应用初探

摘    要:介绍了以二氧化碳替代氮气作粉煤输送载体在Shell粉煤气化工艺上的应用情况。用二氧化碳作粉煤输送载体在500kt/a甲醇项目上运行平稳,工艺上未出现大幅度波动。气化装置投用二氧化碳后,合成气品质优于纯氮气的生产状况,甲醇装置的运行状况也有所改观。

Abstract:A presentation is given of the use of carbon dioxide to replace nitrogen as a carrier for conveying pulverized coal in the Shell pulverized coal gasification process. Its use in the 500 kt/a methanol project brings about stable operation, with no great fluctuation in the process. With the use of carbon dioxide in the gasifier, the quality of syngas is better than that when pure nitrogen is used, and the oneration of the methanol unit improves.
