Abstract:Building enterprises are faced with difficulties of leting market and owner understand enterprises, consolidating market portion of enterprises and de veloping and enlarging continually how through effective marketing ways. In view of them, the paper in detail analyses how to capture marketing management gap o f building enterprises, how to build marketing system of building enterprises to gain maximum benefit, how to spread management culture of enterprises to obtain owner and cooperative partner, methods of entirely improving working quality of enterprises management. The paper points out humanistic opinions of leting mark eting management continually be full of vitality, really leting enterprises go o ut of road of which market challenges management in new century.
