摘    要:采用自行研制的32通道微机数据系统对铸造充型过程的流场进行了研究。该系统具有采集速度快、数据精度高、测试通道较多、数据处理方便等特点,可以在4.8ms内扫描全部通道,每个通道采样点均在4500点以上。系统程序采用C++语言和面向目标方法编写,利用整型存储法、动态内存分配及使用扩展内存解决了内存不足的问题,应用该系统绎铝合金和球铁在普通砂铸造和消失铸造时的充型过程分别进行了测试,成功地记录了弃型过程

Abstract:Study on flow field during molding filling process of liquid metal with self-developed 32-channel rapid data acquisition system was carried out. The data acquisition system has the merit of high acquisition speed, high data accuracy, more test channel, easy data processing. It can scan all channels in 4. 8 ms and total numbers of sample data per channel reach 4500 points. System software was developed with C language and object-oriented programming method, in which memory insufficient problem was solved with integer data storing, dynamic memory allocation and extent memory use. Mold filling process in sand casting and lost foam casting for aluminum alloy and spheroidal graphite cast iron is measured by using this system. Rapid Variation of temperature field during mold filling process is recorded successfully. Based on the recorded temperature-time variation rule in the measured points, the filling Sequence of molten metal in the mold could be derived.
