摘    要:研究了在Cu-Cu3P合金中加入少量添加元素及用不同的工艺手段对合金组织和性能的影响。研究发现除Ag能提高强度降低脆性,Sb能使Cu3P球化,提高强度外,用工艺细化的手段也能显著地使Cu3P球化,提高合金的强度和降低脆性。超声波振动可使Cu3P球化但对组织的细化无明显作用。

Abstract:Influence of different processes and micro-alloying elements addition on structure and properties of Cu-Cu-3P alloy is investigated. The results show that not only both Ag increases strength and decreases brittleness and Sb nodularizes Cu-3P with strength increase, but also refinement process significantly nodularizes Cu 3P with strength increase and brittleness decrease. Ultrasonic oscillation can nodularize Cu 3P with little effects on microstructure refinement.
