| 摘 要： | 介绍了用高炉、焦炉混合高压煤气作为燃料 ,生产紫铜件、锡青铜件、铸铝件、锌基合金及部分黄铜件。特别强调 ,即使用高压煤气 ,也必须用强制送风的方法供给煤气燃烧器所必须的空气量 ,才能生产出合格的铸件。同时介绍煤气炉炉体和煤气喷嘴的设计计算

| Abstract: | The high pressure blast furnace gas and coke\|oven gas mixture used for making red copper casting,bronze casting, aluminum casting, zinc base alloy and some brass casting, is introduced. It is noted that high pressure mixed gas has to be used in connection with forced blowing wind for gas combustion chamber to produce qualified casting. Designing calculation of furnace stack and nozzle is studied. |
