微通道换热器在CO2跨临界制冷系统中的应用

摘    要:在制冷系统中,换热器是主要的组成部件.由于CO2跨临界制冷系统较高的操作压力,以及近临界区CO2特殊的热物性和传输性,系统的部件结构需要引起特别注意.微通道换热器不仅换热性能好,而且可以承受较高的操作压力,比较适合CO2高压制冷系统,这样可使系统更加紧凑、安全且高效.至今,CO2制冷系统所用的微通道换热器已有多种型式,针对CO2的性质设计高效的微通道换热器对提高CO2制冷系统的性能非常重要.

Abstract:Heat exchangers are the main components in refrigeration system. Owing to the very high operating pressure in transcritical CO 2 refrigeration system, and its special thermo-physical and transport properties in the near critical region, the system components demand particular attention. Microchannel heat exchangers have not only better heat transfer performance but also can tolerate higher operating pressure, which are suitable for the high pressure CO 2 refrigeration system. That can make the system more safe, compact and high efficient. Up to the present, there are many different types of microchannel heat exchangers used in CO 2 refrigeration system,so how to design high efficient microchannel heat exchangers is more helpful to improve the performance of CO 2 refrigeration system.
