摘    要:成功地制备了用铝掺杂的氧化锌(AZO)透明导电膜作阳极的有机薄膜电致发光器件,并对单层和双层结构的AZO器件以及以两种不同ITO作阳极器件的电致发光光谱,电流电压特性,亮度电压特性以及电致发光量子效率进行了详细的比较分析和讨论。

Abstract:Some stable and high efficient organic thin film electroluminescent devices using the other materials except ITO as anode have been firstly made. In the devices, Alq3 was used as emitting layer, a kind of sytrylamine deteritive (SA), N-(2-p-methoxylphenyl)-styryl-N-p-methoxylphenyl-benzeneamine, used as hole transporting layer. The materials used as anode here were Aluminum doped Zinc Oxide (AZO), ITO1 and ITO2. The EL spectra, the J-V and B-V characteristics and quantum efficiency of these devices with different anodes have been compared and analylized. A EL spectrum narrowing of double layer device with AZO as the anode has been found.
