| 摘 要： | 结合我国房地产项目管理的实际情况和房地产项目的具体特点,给出了房地产企业项目管理成熟度模型,并将模糊综合评价法应用于房地产项目管理成熟度模型评价,通过建立多级模糊综合评价模型,对房地产项目中存在的大量模糊因素进行模糊评价,可增加评价结果的可靠性和科学性.并通过实例演算,验证了该方法对项目成熟度评价的有效性.
