摘    要:煤层注水是降低矿井粉尘浓度的有效措施之一。通过试验,分别测定了开滦集团荆各庄矿9煤层、唐山矿9煤层煤样与纯水的接触角,再根据所选表面活性剂不同浓度的溶液和接触角的关系,得到使接触角为0°的最低浓度。在此基础上通过对比2个煤层煤样在所选的最佳表面活性剂溶液和纯水中的吸湿增长率,得到了适合2个煤层的最佳表面活性剂及其浓度,从而为这2个矿的煤层注水提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The seam water injection is an effective measure to control coal dust concentration.Through experimentation,the contact angles with pure water of 9 coal seam in Jinggezhuang Mining and 9 coal seam in Tangshan Mining were measured respectively.Then according to the relation of the concentrations of four surfactants and the surface tensions,get the lowest concentrations which make the contact angles with surfactants were zero.On the basis of this,contrast the wetting rate of two coal samples between the surfactant and pure water,get the appropriate surfactant and its optimal concentration,which provide theory basis for seam water injection of the two coal seams.
