摘    要:选用大同和神木煤制备水煤浆,考察了超声辐照与添加剂类型间的相关性,实验结果表明,采用不同类型的添加剂,超声辐照后煤浆各性质的变化规律大致相同,即辐照能显著改善各煤 流变特性以及大幅度提高煤浆的静态稳定性,添加剂加入量为1%时,辐地 煤浆表现粘度增另,在相同的辐照条件下,煤浆表观粘度的增加与添加剂的分散相有关,添加剂的分散性越强,其煤浆的表观粘度增另越是有离子添加剂比非离子添加剂更有利于辐照对煤浆

Abstract:The correlation between types of additives and ultrasonic irradiation was investigated in this paper.Ultrasonic irradiation promoted a remarkable improvement in both rheological behavior and static stability of coal water slurry (CWS).On the other hand,ultrasonic irradiation resulted in a slight increase in the apparent viscosity of CWS containing 1% additive.The changes of CWS properties,caused by ultrasonic irradiation,was relate to types of additives.The higher disperse capacity of additives was,the more obvious increase of apparent viscosity of CWS was.Anionic additives were more favorable than non ionic additives for improving the stability of CWS under same conditions of irradiation.
