铝合金表面激光熔凝Ni基金属粉末的特性研究

摘    要:通过对铝合金表面激光熔凝Ni基金属粉末的宏观形貌、组织和显微硬度特性分析,阐述了铝合金表面激光熔凝金属基粉末的熔覆层机械性能的影响因素,研究表明,在合适的金属粉末配方和激光工艺参数下,可以获得铝合金基体材料不可能具备的特殊性能.

Abstract:The macroscopic appearances of the Ni based metal powder melted under the laser clad are supplied and analyzed. For the idea characteristcs of the reinforce functional layer on aluminium surface obtained by laser clad, the key parameters among the laser, the contains and size of the powder and the matrix material that will be reinforced must be very important. The results show that the surface of the matrix material can be reinforced because of the right formulation of metal powder and laser technological parameter.
