摘    要:制革中猪皮有温有浴酶脱毛工艺大多是采用单一酶:AS1.398或2709进行脱毛,在酶脱毛过程中同时使用两种酶的则很少,本文将AS1.398与2709按不同的比例定量(500酶活单位/g皮)混合,在相同的温度、不同的pH值、不同时间下进行脱毛,从而得出了最佳的脱毛条件,在该条件下,脱毛废液中总蛋白含量稍高,而胶原蛋白损失仅为单一酶的1/4到1/3,从而为克服有温有浴猪皮酶脱毛易产生松面和在我国牛皮和羊皮有温有浴酶脱毛并没有真正推向工业化生产等不足,提供了有参考价值的新的研究思路。

Abstract:Generally single enzyme was used in pigskin leather-making for unhairing process, such as, AS1.398 protease or 2709 protease, while the combination of two kinds of enzyme was rarely reported. In this paper, AS1.398 protease and 2709 protease were quantificationally combined in different ratio in unhairing process. And the experiments were carried out under the same temperature, different pH, and different times. The results shown that corresponding to single enzyme, the loss of collagen was reduced by 1/4 to 1/3 and the content of gross protein was slightly higher by the combination of the enzymes. Thus the problem of loose grain of cattle hide and goat skin in the process of enzyme unhairing with appointed temperature and float was solved, the optimum unhairing conditions were achieved meanwhile.
