摘    要:采用乳液种子聚合设计方法,通过调节树脂合成配方中各组分的比例,制备了耐候性和透明性的PVC抗冲改性剂MBS(甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M)、丁二烯(B)和苯乙烯(S)为基本组成的三元接枝共聚物),并对影响MBS树脂性能的一些关键因素如胶乳粒径、橡胶相玻璃化温度、耐候性能及聚合条件进行了研究。制备出的MBS树脂具有良好抗冲击性、透明性及耐候性,可作为耐候性和透明性PVC的抗冲改性剂。

Abstract:The MBS resin was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization.The factors affecting the emulsion size,glass transition temperature,high temperature stability of MBS were studied in detail.The results showed that the prepared MBS had good impact strength,light transparency and high temperature stability and it could be used as a modifier of impact strength of PVC.
