| 摘 要： | 根据2017年河北省矿产资源开发利用统计年报数据对河北省矿产资源开发利用基本形势进行了分析。重点对河北省矿山企业数量、从业人员、矿山企业规模、矿业（非油气）工业总产值、实现年利润总额及人均经济指标等进行了论述，对与矿业相关的可能产生重大影响的政策法规进行了综述，对矿山企业面临的机遇与挑战进行了展望，提出了矿产资源开发利用规模化集约化的对策建议。研究内容对了解河北省矿产资源开发利用形势与合理开发利用具有一定的参考意义。

Analysis of the Development and Utilization Situation of Mineral Resources in Hebei Province in 2017 |

| Abstract: | The Basic situation for development and utilization of mineral resources in Hebei Province was analyzed in this article according to the annul statistic report for development and utilization of mineral resources in Hebe Province, 2017. Quantities, practitioners and scales of mining enterprises, mining (non-oil and gas) GDP, annul total profits and per capita economic indicators etc were discussed in details. Laws and regulations related to mining that possibly occur an important effect were comprehensively discussed. Opportunities and challenges mining enterprises facing to were expected. Scale and Integrated development and utilization of mineral resources were suggested. The article will be useful to understand the situation of development of mineral resources in Hebei province. |
