| 摘 要： | 利用乙酰乙酸乙酯与溴丙烯在EtOH／EtONa条件下发生取代反应，然后在NaOH溶液中加热水解，产物在H2SO4溶液中加热脱羧得1-己烯-5-酮，产率为72-75％。产物结构经IR、NMR谱图得到确认。

| Abstract: | 1-hexen-5-one was synthesized by ethyl acetoacetic ester reaction with 1-Bromopropene under EtONa/EtOH condition,then the mixture was reacted with NaOH solution,and continued to react with H_2SO_4 solution to give off,was turned into 1-hexen-5-one product.The product yield was 72-75%,product purity was 98.56%, the product's IR,NMR spectra have been discussed. |
